Dr Jenny Bailey is a post-doctoral researcher on the project. She has a PhD in mucosal immunology and has significant experience in the culture of gastrointestinal cells and analysis of the effects of external modulators on these cells.

Jenny’s role in the project is to determine the impact of mycotoxins on the metabolic profile of rumen cells.
